Brooklyn Animal
Foster Network rescues animals from shelters and accepts pets from owners who can no longer keep
them. BAFN then provides
for veterinary care and rehabilitation, if needed, and puts the animals up for
adoption. BAFN shows dogs and cats at Petco (Utica Avenue and Avenue S) every
Saturday and Sunday, circumstances permitting. BAFN also needs
volunteers to foster dogs temporarily or to help in other areas. To
